Who can apply for financial assistance?
Any non- profit organization, which is registered with Revenue Canada and holds a valid business number, can apply for funding with the intent of benefiting Cumberland County, Nova Scotia.
We cannot offer a grant to an individual person.
When can I apply for funding?
You can apply for funding at anytime, however it is important to note our Board of Trustees only meets three times a year around May, September, and late November or early December to review applications.

What are your territorial limits?
We are limited to support applicants with the intent of benefiting Cumberland County, located in the Province of Nova Scotia.
Can anyone be a Donor?
Yes! Anyone who would like to contribute funds to the Foundation to support the growth and development of Cumberland County, Nova Scotia can do so! If you are interested in learning more, fill out the adjacent form to connect with one of our Board of Trustees!
What is a qualified donee?
